Fly high, Manimal... like you always did in your life. On bird's wings.
Rest in peace, Simon. You'll be always remembered as a hero.
I'll miss you!

No Blu-Ray treatment for Street Hawk --- read inside
Sorry guys, I opened this on the SHOUT! Factory community forum:
http://www.shoutfactory.com/community/3388/thread.aspx
No film elements, no BD treatment.
Sounds like the DVD set is all we can afford.

Re: The name of the bike
LOL, what about the other episodes? Is the bike ever named "Street Hawk" in the 12 episodes?

Re: Street Hawk cover-up
Whoa, guys, I forgot the main reasons why nobody blew Jesse's cover-up: 1- People don't know Street Hawk is connected to FBI. 2- People think Street Hawk built the bike all by himself. So he must be an engineer/genius. 3- Street Hawk is far more crazy/wild than how Jesse was in his primetime as biker.

Re: Street Hawk cover-up
I would say that the biggest compromises in Jesse's cover are the following - 1) Mona (Hot Target) knows deep down that Norman is connected with Street Hawk because she challenges him about it. 2) Jesse loses his helmet (ouch painful!) in Second Self at the junk yard. Nice call!pentastar wrote:I don't follow comic books very much, so I could be wrong...but isn't Ghost Rider a superhero motorcycle rider?
But:
1- Ghost Rider isn't a real superhero, but a demon/anti-hero. Something very different.
2- The bike was just a normal bike "enhanced" by his demon nature.

Re: Street Hawk was a new type of superhero
yeah I understand what you're saying, but technically Street Hawk isnt a superhero either. Just having a mask doesn't give one superhero status. You could say the same for Batman, which is not the case. Mask (secret identity) + special weapon(s) = superhero. Since Batman is a superhero, Street Hawk...

Re: Street Hawk was a new type of superhero
Michael Knight wasn't a superhero. He just changed his civilian identity from Michael Arthur Long to Micheal Knight, but he wasn't a masked hero or a mystery man like Street Hawk.

Street Hawk cover-up
Well, Let's begin with the fact a damaged knee (people don't know they cured Jesse) is not enough of a reason for a man to stop driving bikes... or not? So people can still suspect Jesse is the Hawk, somehow. Then: 1- Why did Jesse drop the knee factor from episode #2 'til the end of the series? He ...
