It looks worse :o I remember it when it was offered to my bro and thats the mould if i'm right so there must be the rear end some where?

Its well over priced if came to a fair and had the rear I would go for it plus the old bike needs ripping down as it looks like its been stuck in a corner of a garage 8-)

It would be cool to have the original brake hardware from the hero bike, but I don't think that would command a $2000 premium over what the bike is otherwise worth...

If ya had the tail mould and cover around the engine plus those parts I would buy it for near 2 grand ish and get a few fiberglass of the moulds and sell them off

But as it stands it looks very sad for its self and not worth that much I would say £1,000 as is now

Yep I'd give a grand for it. But I'm guessing Chris wouldnt budge on the price.

I was in contact with Chris about 3 weeks ago and in his backemail he clearly told me that he would not be willing to let go the bike under £4.000 sterling and there was nothing more included only the base bike lol.

Now he has the bike and also a series nose and graphics included within the auction and also for less as he told me 3 weeks ago!

So I realy would like to take it out of his hands but still the £3,500 sterling is way overpriced for my thoughts!

If someone of you or maybe 2 would do it with me together than I would be willing to do it as a group deal!

On that way we would be able to let produce copys of some of the hard to get parts from a mashine shop that would help all of us.

Greetings Guido

If the rear end and front spoiler was with it I would go for it as I would like to get that Honda XR250 For my late bro

And get the parts produced and sell them on to SH crew

The fuel tank I remember how it looked and cover under the nose cone and my chop/custom builder would build the parts and they may build the launch switch gear 8-)

Sorry Guido, it's just too much money so close to Christmas.
Besides it really hacks me off that I have tried and tried to buy the SH bits from Chris but he chose to ignore my emails. :(

The add saying no more parts for it like moulds so what did he do to them and the rear end is Important as the front as its a tricky set up as its the side panel at the same time if it was all together it would be more of a tempting as a buy

But some thing is not ring right about the XR250 and with out MOT and this is from a bikers view,it is well over priced sorry CB If your popping in here
and so near xmas is a big price and pepole are not just buying bikes or HALF a project

I Would like to see all the bits you need and Build it to a High standard

Plus make the Kits and Produce again and give every one a chance to buy one

THIS IS MY Opnion as I know loads of us here would all like a chance and have different Ideas for them
