Thanks Seth, obviously it can always be improved upon but not too shabby I have to say and it survived the day. Most importantly, Rex loved it and I was a little nervous he wasn't going to give it back! :lol:

Hi , unfortunetly no as my VF machine needs a new vacuum and its just not economical to fix. Hopefully one day I'll get another but they are big bucks.

I've started on my helmet 'rebuild' after the ghibli mechanism snapped during my last comic con appearence. Luckily I have a couple of spares!
