Here it is, OK so it's not as accurate as I'd hoped for but I'm sure you'll agree It's pretty good. It was made to measure by COSPLAY and for a $130 Its a good costume.
MASSIVE thanks go to fellow forum member and the luckiest ;) SH fan, SCOTT for his help in supplying detailed pictures for the suit. (I'll post some better pics of this suit soon).

That's really cool. By the way, I've thought of having the boots reproduced, but the replica boots would cost $600-700 to make from scratch at a reputable company. I can recondition the ones I have for much less than that, but they wouldn't look as nice as brand new boots.

If at least three people would commit to paying $600-700 for replica boots, I would pull the trigger and get repros made. I have a pair of the original pilot-style boots and another pair of the original series-style boots.

If I get no takers, I'll just recondition the ones I have for now. In all reality, by the time a custom suit is made, around $200-300 here in the US, replica boots for $600-700, a working replica helmet for about the same amount $600-700, gloves for about $50, you're talking some serious change just for the outfit, over $1500, on top of what you spend building a bike.

Serious cash indeed :o , would be really cool though. I just dont have that sort of spare cash at the moment :( (and the fact it would probably cost me a divorce aswell  )
I would love to know what brand the boots are though, maybe I could get a used pair just to set my costume off.

Been a while but here it is my updated more accurate SH race suit. The stripes are just reflective enough to look right and the patches are how they should be right down to the exact amount of lines!
