I was reviewing MCN oct 2003 issue magazine. there is an article about the selling of the streethawk motorcycles for 20k euros.

In the pictures, there is a rear view of the streethawk motorcycle. if you look at the modified rim and brake system with spacers, the bike center line is off to the right by at least 1.5 inches.

when i purchased all the bikes back in 85, i dont remember this being the case. so i am not sure if someone or Chris added the wrong spacers onto the rear wheel, but it is off drastically?
you can see the whole back end of bike and fiberglass doesnt line up.

also, there was only 1 bike with a complete round machined pedestal rocket firing pod controller mechanism. this bike pictured has the half round and half square unit. this must of been made after the fact or this bike was not part of my collection i purchased. all the other bikes only had a piece of sheet metal with 1 switch on them and another switch in the intake ducting. there were no pods available during my purchase, except for the complete round one and only one.

I have it packed away somewhere. I bought it from Eric Nagy in Orlando Florida, who once owned the series bike that is now in England.

I'll PM measurements to you as soon as you post all those pics you say you have of the original bikes.

Hey all, it's been very quiet on the boards recently, where is everybody??
After a lot of blood, sweat and tears, (mostly tears  ) I gave up on the Kawasaki wheels. But my prayers were answered by ebay motors with these babies, original Morris Mags.

The front wheel will still need some work, the hubs that came with it make the whole set up too wide. The back wheel went on a treat, no fuss. I just need to find a sproket and disc.

Hey John1482,

I saw those Morris wheels on ebay. there is a crap load of them. I was thinking of getting them also, but the bolt pattern is from the 6 bolt cafe style racer and doesn't match the PM rear rotor used on the bikes (5 bolt). did the bearing match the Honda axle size?
